Our policy on cancellations and refunds for AI roadmap generation services.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once a roadmap has been successfully generated and delivered

  • Refunds are only available if the AI system fails to generate and deliver the roadmap after payment has been processed

  • In case of AI failure, you will receive a full refund or account credit within 3-5 business days

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the failed transaction

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your request at any time before the roadmap generation begins

  • Once generation has started, cancellation is not possible as the AI processing has commenced

  • Cancelled requests before generation will receive a full refund

  • No partial refunds for cancellations after generation has begun

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Account credits are applied immediately to your balance for future use

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Technical failures on our end that prevent roadmap delivery

  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours during processing

  • Data corruption that makes the generated roadmap unusable

  • All exceptional cases are reviewed individually by our support team
